DTF Printing for Merch & Teamwear
Yes, we offer the option to order a sample using your design so you can review print quality and garment construction before committing to a full order. Sample turnaround is typically 1–2 weeks.
We provide full garment production for a wide range of merch and teamwear items, including t-shirts, hoodies, polos, tanks, activewear, and more. Our DTF printing works on cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics including nylon and spandex.
Our minimum order quantity for DTF printing is just 10 pieces. Standard production takes about 2 weeks, with delivery via air freight in an additional 3–5 days. Timelines remain consistent for both small and large orders.
We offer a full range of customization options including woven labels, heat-pressed tags, sewn-in branding, and optional hang tags. Custom packaging like boxes and polybags is available. Because we manufacture from fabric rolls, we also offer custom sizing for all garments.
You can choose from over 10 in-stock fabric types available in 100+ colors, with additional options available for bulk custom orders (100 pcs+). Fabric swatches and selection guidance are available upon request to help you find the best fit for your needs.
